Prior to my involvement in financials and real estate, my two years working in Washington, DC for a member of the House of Representatives provided my initial experience in negotiating and public service, both of which are invaluable in the real estate market today. Being able to negotiate a deal, which even if not perfect, is acceptable to both Buyer and Seller is the key to a successful transaction, one which benefits both Buyer and Seller and helps them obtain his initial goal.
Once educated and licensed in real estate brokerage, I worked for my good friend and mentor, Sylvia Roy, who was the owner and broker of Sylvia Roy Properties. I became very interested in commercial transactions and got involved in the acquisition and saleof apartment complexes and industrial parks,I worked for Equity Group in sales of Limited Partnerships after the acquisition of the commercial properties. I then became a Registered Representative working forThomson, McKinnon Securities which was eventually acquired by Prudential Securities and worked as a stockbroker-financial consultant until 2000.
I returned to real estate sales when Sylvia Roy became manager of Prudential Gardner Real Estate and have worked in residential and commercial since that time. New Orleans is a great place to work in real estate, and any area of the metropolitan area is my territory. I am available by text, phone, or email 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
I have listed, sold, and rented in most every part of the New Orleans area and in most every price range. My former clients include students, professors, doctors, attorneys, entrepreneurs, NBA Basketball players, and many good friends.
Gardner Realtors has an incredible support staff and system. We also support the New Orleans Mission financially and in work-related areas serving dinner to the Mission members at least once a month.
